Next edition starting soon
Methodology
The course will be taught in virtual sessions through a virtual connection platform, which will allow participants to acquire the knowledge of our expert teachers in the field, generating the possibility of interacting with them and with the other participants.
This will contribute to the theoretical-practical approach of the course, where all regulation around the World Anti-Doping Agency will be the protagonist, together with its link to national regulations, before introducing us to doping in sport through its history and ending with mentions of the challenges that the global anti-doping system presents to us.
Objectives
The main objective of this course is to train sports professionals, lawyers, administrators, coaches and anyone interested in the field of sport on the policies, rules and procedures established by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), and other international bodies. At the end of this course, participants will be prepared to play an active role in the implementation and monitoring of anti-doping regulations, thereby contributing to a fairer and healthier sporting environment.
Teaching staff
The teaching staff of the Anti-Doping Course at the Sports Law Hub is composed of leaders in the fields of sports management, sports law and anti-doping, who bring a unique combination of practical and academic experience. Students will have the opportunity to learn from professionals who not only understand the theories and rules of the anti-doping system, but who have also applied this knowledge in practice, handling complex and internationally relevant cases. This wealth of experience and knowledge ensures high quality training and practical relevance, preparing students to excel in the field of anti-doping in sport.
