Driving Specialization in Sports Law

In a world where sports have evolved into a global industry, education in sports law is more essential than ever. The complexity of the sports ecosystem demands professionals with deep knowledge of both international and local regulations. To strengthen this field and continue promoting academic excellence, Sports Law Hub announces its strategic alliance with the Ibero-American Institute of Sports Law (IIDD), a prestigious institution that has played a fundamental role in consolidating sports law across Ibero-America.

IIDD: A Legacy of Prestige

The Ibero-American Institute of Sports Law (IIDD) was founded thanks to the vision of Maestro Dr. Teodosio Palomino Ramírez, a distinguished Peruvian jurist specializing in labor law. In 2003, he organized the Congress on Labor Relations in Sports in Lima, an event that laid the foundation for the creation of this prestigious institution. Following the success of the congress, the IIDD was formally established in Brazil in 2004 as a legal entity, with a board of directors composed of renowned jurists from various Ibero-American countries.

Since then, the IIDD has become a benchmark in the dissemination and development of sports law, organizing congresses in cities such as Santos (2018), Cali (2019), Ibiza (2019), Montevideo (2021), and São Paulo (2022). Its mission is to foster the study and evolution of sports law, promoting academic debate and the generation of knowledge in the field.

A Strategic Alliance to Strengthen Specialized Education

The synergy between Sports Law Hub and IIDD will enable the development of innovative academic programs that blend theory and practice, tailored to the legal realities of Ibero-America. The experience and prestige of IIDD will enhance Sports Law Hub’s educational offerings, establishing a learning space with a global vision and direct application in the sports industry.

Additionally, IIDD members will have access to exclusive benefits at Sports Law Hub, including discounts on training programs and opportunities to participate in academic events organized by the platform, subject to the evaluation of Sports Law Hub‘s academic committee.

Building Bridges Between Europe and Latin America

This alliance marks a key step in building a knowledge network that connects sports law professionals on both sides of the Atlantic. With this partnership, Sports Law Hub and IIDD reaffirm their commitment to education and the advancement of sports law, opening new opportunities for professionals and academics alike.

Together, we will continue to drive academic excellence in sports law.

If you’re looking for advanced specialization in the field of sports law, the courses offered by Sports Law Hub provide a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of regulations, procedures, and the study of complex cases. They will equip you with valuable strategies and a broader perspective to excel in this field.

Welcome to this new phase of growth and collaboration!
